7. Warranties & Limitations
We warrant our workmanship for 30 days following project completion. This warranty does not cover materials, normal wear and tear, or damage created by misuse, neglect, or external events beyond our control.
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
8. Liability & Indemnity
While we strive for quality and safety, Concord’s Handyman Crew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services rendered.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or liabilities arising out of your failure to comply with these terms or any applicable regulations.
9. Service Refusal & Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or terminate projects at our discretion due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or other valid reasons.
