We provide residential and light commercial handyman services, including repairs, maintenance, and minor home improvements within Concord, NC, and surrounding areas.

• The specific scope of work for each project will be detailed in your estimate or service agreement.

• All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your request.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

• If you are not available or fail to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time, a fee may apply.

4. Estimates & Payment

• All estimates are based on information provided and may be subject to change if additional services, labor, or materials are required.

• Payment terms will be provided in your service agreement or invoice.

• Full payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Changes & Additional Work

• Any request for changes or additional work outside the original scope must be provided in writing and approved before work continues.

• Such changes may impact total project cost and completion time.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure clear, safe, and reasonable access to the work area.

• Secure all valuables and personal items in the workspace.

• Obtain or assist in obtaining any required permits, if applicable.

7. Warranties & Limitations

• We warrant our workmanship for 30 days following project completion. This warranty does not cover materials, normal wear and tear, or damage created by misuse, neglect, or external events beyond our control.

• No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• While we strive for quality and safety, Concord’s Handyman Crew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

• Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services rendered.

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or liabilities arising out of your failure to comply with these terms or any applicable regulations.

9. Service Refusal & Termination

• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or terminate projects at our discretion due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or other valid reasons.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your information and only share details as required to fulfill our services or comply with the law.
