• Employ contractors or handymen
• Control the work performed by service providers
• Guarantee the quality, timing, or results of any services provided by third parties

3. Referral Process

When you submit a service request through our Site:

• Your information is shared with independent service providers in our network
• Service providers may contact you directly to discuss your project
• You are under no obligation to hire any service provider who contacts you
• All agreements, pricing, and service terms are between you and the service provider directly

4. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Service providers in our network are independent contractors. They are not our employees, agents, or representatives. We do not:

• Control their work schedules or methods
• Guarantee their availability
• Set their pricing
• Supervise their work
• Carry insurance on their behalf

5. User Responsibilities

When submitting a service request, you agree to:

• Respond to service providers who contact you in good faith
• Verify licensing, insurance, and credentials of any provider before hiring

You are solely responsible for vetting any service provider before hiring them.

7. No Warranties

• Warranties that service providers will respond to your request

8. Limitation of Liability

• Property damage caused by service providers
• Personal injury caused by service providers

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us (if any) for our referral service, not to exceed $50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concord’s Handyman Crew, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our referral service
• Your interactions with service providers
• Work performed by service providers you hire
• Disputes with service providers

10. No Payment Processing

We do not process payments for services. All financial transactions occur directly between you and the service provider. We are not responsible for:

• Payment disputes
• Refund requests
• Billing errors
• Contractor non-payment or payment delays

11. Privacy & Data Use

We collect contact information to facilitate referrals to service providers. By submitting a request:

• You consent to sharing your information with service providers
